Youth Programs: Building Strong Bodies and Confident Minds

At Strive Strength & Conditioning, we're passionate about empowering young individuals to develop healthy habits and thrive in every aspect of their lives. Our youth programs cater to children ages 5 to 15, offering age-appropriate instruction in a supportive and engaging environment.

Littles (Ages 5-7): Designed specifically for our youngest members, our Littles program introduces children aged 5 to 7 to the fundamentals of movement and fitness. Through fun and interactive activities, our experienced coaches teach proper movement patterns, coordination, and the importance of physical activity. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30pm, providing a consistent schedule for young learners to develop their skills.

Youth (Ages 8-10): For children aged 8 to 10, our Youth program focuses on building strength, agility, and confidence in a supportive group setting. With a curriculum tailored to their developmental stage, participants learn essential movement patterns and foundational fitness skills that set them up for success both on and off the field. Join us for classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 3:30pm, and watch as your child grows stronger and more resilient with each session.

Teens (Ages 11-15): Our Teens program is designed to empower adolescents aged 11 to 15 to take charge of their health and fitness journey. Through dynamic workouts and skill-building exercises, participants develop strength, endurance, and self-confidence under the guidance of our experienced coaches. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:00pm, providing teenagers with a positive outlet to stay active and engaged.
