Group Fitness Classes

Stay consistent with Group Fitness Classes!

Expert coaching and a supportive community are the key tenets of our group fitness classes. Regardless of the class type you attend, 60-minute classes effectively balance strength and endurance. We constantly vary our programming to challenge your whole body and keep training interesting. Our scalable approach ensures that participants of all levels, whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced, can safely engage and push their limits. View our class types and schedule here.

Safety is Our Top Priority

It's extremely important to us that you feel safe and comfortable jumping into our classes. Nothing will derail your consistent fitness routine like an injury or feeling completely lost. That's why we require all new members (experienced or not) to start with one of our "getting started" programs.

Options:

New to Functional Fitness? Sign up for our Intro to Functional Fitness Program. Over three personal training sessions, learn proper technique and helpful modifications for all of our common exercises. Price: $199.

 

​Experienced? Sign up for our Movement Assessment. We trust that you know what you're doing but we also want to know about your limitations and any pain you have. This 30-minute assessment is $35.

 

Once you've completed a "getting started" program, you can choose from one of our group fitness memberships.
