Experience the pinnacle of high-intensity training with our dynamic 60-minute classes. Our sessions fuse a diverse array of functional movements, ranging from cardiovascular and gymnastic exercises to power and Olympic lifting. Led by experienced coaches, each session is tailored to incorporate weight training and/or cardio workouts. Getting Started with Cross Training

Embark on your fitness journey with our On-Ramp Classes, meticulously crafted to introduce newcomers to 25 fundamental exercises while emphasizing proper technique. This onboarding process aligns with our 'no-injury policy,' prioritizing your safety by comprehensively understanding any movement limitations or injuries you may have. Our goal is to provide tailored support during classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.

Choose from:

1. Test Out: Demonstrate your proficiency in a brief 30-minute session for $35.

2. 3-Session On-Ramp: Learn fundamental exercises over three classes, concluding with a workout each session for $199.

3. 10-Session On-Ramp: Dive deeper into technique with ten classes mastering each exercise along the way for $599.​
