What is it?
A 60 day lifestyle coaching program designed to explore and develop daily habits that improve physical, mental, emotional, and social health.
This is the Gut Check 60
This is not for those who shy away from discomfort. This is for the ones who comprehend that triumph is not about natural talent, but about sweat, discipline, and a dedication to self-improvement that endures the trials of time, fatigue, and setbacks.
It's about breaking barriers, reaching the seemingly unreachable, and managing all this while cultivating a high-performance mindset. This is where you mold yourself into not just the entrepreneur you aspire to be, but the individual you need to be.
DURING THE THE 60 DAYS, YOU WILL:
Diet: Stick to a healthy eating plan without any cheat meals for 60 days. This doesn't mean you have to be on an extremely restrictive diet, but aim to eat clean and nutritious food. No alcohol and keep sweets to a minimum.
Exercise: 90 minutes of workouts per day, broken up into two sessions. One of these must be outdoors. The exercise can be anything from yoga, running/walking, swimming, to weight lifting, etc., as long as it keeps you active.
Hydration: Drink a gallon of water per day. This keeps your body hydrated, which is especially important when doing daily double workouts and using the sauna.
Reading: Read at least 10 pages of a self-improvement book or a book related to your life goal each day.
Sauna or cold plunge: Spend 15-20 minutes in a sauna or 3-5 minute cold plunge, ice bath, or cold shower every day. These improve cardiovascular performance, speed up recovery after workouts, cleanse the skin, improve circulation, aid recovery, boost your mood, and strengthen your immune system.
Life Goal Progress: Spend at least an hour each day working towards a major life goal. This goal should be something that can be significantly advanced, if not completed, within 60 days. It could be writing a book, learning a new language, starting a business, or anything else that is important to you.
Progress Picture: Take a progress picture every day. This isn't just about physical changes but serves as a daily reminder of your commitment to your personal growth.
Mindfulness: Practice mindfulness or meditation for at least 10 minutes a day to maintain mental clarity and improve focus.
Journaling: Write in your journal each day. This can be a reflection of your day, your thoughts on your life goal progress, or anything that's on your mind. It's a way of expressing yourself and tracking your mental and emotional journey throughout the challenge.

In Gut Check 60, you're not left to navigate this transformative journey alone. I understand the challenges of restructuring your life, of pushing boundaries, and of instilling new habits. That's why part of this program includes life and goal coaching sessions with me, Coach Athan Schindler.
The journey to achieving your goals isn't always straightforward. There are hurdles to overcome, there are doubts to confront, and sometimes, there's the overwhelming question of 'what next?'. That's where the coaching comes in.
I will be your partner in accountability, your confidant in this challenge. I will work with you, helping you to break down your ultimate goal into manageable tasks, encouraging you to maintain the momentum, and guiding you to unlock your full potential. I will be there to pick you up when you stumble and to cheer you on as you surge ahead.
Through regular one-on-one sessions, I will provide you with the tools, strategies, and motivation to stay committed to Gut Check 60 and to your personal growth. Together, you'll work on creating sustainable habits, a positive mindset, and a solid plan to reach your goals, not just for these 60 days but for life.
