Advanced Theory Course
What is it?
The Advanced Theory Course comprises of a four-phased (two are optional) program including academic and practical studies designed to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of exercise science principles and their practical applications. The course covers topics such as biomechanics, physiology, nutrition, programming, and coaching, with an emphasis on how they relate to athletic performance. In addition to educating participants, the course also aims to identify and develop potential coaches who are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.

What is the basic structure?
Take nutrition, lifestyle, fitness, and body composition assessments
Get assigned an accountability team
Receive nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Work on and track habits daily through apps
Attend weekly group meetings and bi-weekly one on one calls
Re-test your lifestyle, fitness, and body composition
Meet the Coach
Sarah fell in love with fitness in 2014 after taking a weightlifting class in college. It eventually led her to Strive, where she found her home. She is passionate about evidence-based fitness, strength training, and having fun while training hard.
